How to use LongevityTools website?


First, you have to register. Then you complete a test consisting of a few questions. Then our expert system calculates and ranks your risk factors. Then it calculates your probability for a certain disease. After that, you gain access to your dashboard. In your dashboard, you can input parameters like weight, waist, exercise minutes per day, blood pressure, resting pulse, cholesterol levels, screening tests etc. Dashboard can help you monitor your lifestyle habits. There you can also find useful checklists like My blood pressure checklist, Healthy food test etc. Discuss your results (risk factors and values of your medical parameters) with your doctor. You can print your dashboard and results or show them on your phone, tablet or computer. This is very helpful for your doctor and can lead to better diagnosis and treatment.

You can update your test later. Once you have completed the test, you will land on a summary page. Here you can check your risk factors and your disease risk – probability that you may develop a certain common disease. Click Go to my Dashboard to proceed.

After the summary page you have to click »Go to my dashboard«. My dashboard consists of the below categories:

My risk factors: 3 risk factors are shown. Click »More…« to get all your risk factors ordered by importance.

My reminder: Reminders randomly shows recommendation that depends on your risk factors.

My parameters. Here you can input your weight, height, waist size, hip size, exercise time, blood pressure, resting pulse, cholesterol and glucose. Depending on your values a red, yellow or green light will turn on. Checklists can help you develop and maintain healthy lifestyle habits.

C. Increase your longevity

You can regularly login to LongevityTools and monitor your risk factors by updating the test. You can also update your values for weight, waist, cholesterol etc. In this way, you can monitor your lifestyle in a systematic manner and increase your longevity. Follow advice in My reminder section and try to reduce your risk factors. Also, set yourself realistic “smart goals” and try to achieve them. Stay motivated with your favorite motivational quote. But most of all, try to switch all lights (smiles) to turn green in My parameters section.

Discuss your results (risk factors and values of your medical parameters) with your doctor. You can print your dashboard and results or show them on your phone, tablet or computer. This is very helpful for your doctor and can lead to better diagnosis and treatment.
